Prior to 2020, Sunshine Group was actively engaged in various sectors including road construction, building construction, marketing, government contracts, and lift irrigation.
With a strategic vision to broaden our scope, we embarked on our journey of expansion in 2020. Our inaugural project, TIRUMALA AVENUE Phase 1, spanning 4 acres in Mundi of District Khandwa, was successfully completed within the same year.
Building on this momentum, we ventured into another ambitious project in 2020, VARDHMAN HIGHTECH CITY, covering 2.76 acres in Badnawar of Dhar District.
In 2021, our commitment to growth led us to launch two additional projects in different cities:
Project 1 - RS GREENS in Dewas, sprawling over 7.88 acres.
Project 2 - VIDHYAPURNA PRIDE in Pandhana of Dist. Khandwa, spanning 2.99 acres.
The year 2022 marked a significant milestone for Sunshine Group as we proudly delivered luxurious developments totaling over 15.38 acres across three cities:
